Moba Table:
This was a rather fun project which i did as a part of my 4th Semester in which we had to design a piece of furniture inspired from a design movement. The movement which I went ahead with was Memphis, which is all about bizarre shapes, pop colors topped with patterns.
After carefully studying the movement, I worked on the concept generation while exploring a lot of atypical forms and finalized on this one.
This is a center table made to be placed in a living room which has various levels made to cater different functions. Another challenge while designing this table was to use different wood locking techniques to reduce the use of fasteners or hardware.
